I will be listing more mint or near mint in box dolls soon.  these items are from my personal collection.  please be sure to check out my other auctions!   vintage ash blonde (long hair / high color) american girl barbie (1965-66) - gorgeous  - near mint in box!   THIS AUCTION is for a VINTAGE ash blonde (long hair) AMERICAN GIRL BARBIE, STOCK NO. 1070, from 1965-66 with ORIGINAL box and accessories.  this is the harder to find "long Hair" American girl with high color makeup.   HAIR:  BEAUTIFUL full & thick ASH BLONDE hair (NOT YELLOW OR PALE - has the slight "silver" shade) - SUPER THICK WITH NO MISSING PLUGS OR HAIRCUTS.   MAKEUP & HEAD:  BLUE EYES, BROWN EYEBROWS, AND RASPBERRY LIPS WITH MATCHING FINGERNAIL AND TOENAIL POLISH.  NO RUBS.  eye makeup is original.  I was told when I bought her that the LIPS, FINGERNAILS AND TOENAILS WERE PROFESSIONALLY RETOUCHED (100% with no rubs) - they are so perfect, i would not have known if i hadn't been told!  SHE STILL HAS A SLIGHT HINT OF HER ORIGINAL BLUSH.  SHE HAS NO EARRING HOLES OR PINPRICKS AND NO GREEN EAR EVER.  NO NOSE NIPS OR NECK SPLITS.   head cello shown in photos included.    BODY:  SUPER CLEAN WITH NO STAINS, BITES, OR CHEWS.  SHE DOES HAVE 4-5 LIGHT PIN PRICKS ON HER LEFT ANKLE (see photo).  ALL LIMBS (ARMS AND LEGS) ARE TIGHT (NOT SWINGY).  HIPS ARE VERY SECURE AND NOT SPRUNG OR LOOSE.  SHE HAS PERFECTLY FORMED TOES WITH NO CHEW OR BITE MARKS.  Both legs bend and click 3 times and there are no splits or breaks in the vinyl.     markings:  the markings on her behind are (raised letters):  ©1958/ Mattel, INc./ U. S. Patented/ U. S. Pat.
