VINTAGE 1972 KENNER BLYTHE DOLL IN ORIGINAL CONDITION Start Price AUD 600.00 Current Price AUD 1,026.00 Time Left - Bid Count 6 Buy It Now Price - Reserve Price - Start Time Saturday, July 05, 2008 End Time Saturday, July 12, 2008 Location Brisbane, Queensland See more about 'VINTAGE 1972 KENNER BLYTHE DOLL IN ORIGINAL CONDITION' Description I have had this doll since I was three years old.  To my memory she was not often played with but took prize place on a high shelf with my 'special things'.  For the past 25 years or more Blythe has been stored in a box away from dust etc.  Blythe is in original condition with all working parts.  She comes with her original dress which still has the 'Blythe TM by Kenner, Made in Hong Kong'  tag on the inside, plus red with white polka dot underpants (the elastic has started to stretch).  I also have a blonde wig which to my memory has always been stored with the doll.  It has a similar tag on the inside but you can only see 'Made in Hong Kong'.  I have no shoes for her.  Blythe's legs bend and she has no cracks at all!  All auburn hair plugs are intact and her eyes change colour from pink to blue, to orange, to green.  She has perfect green eyeshadow and pale pink lips.  On her back are 6 lines of print as follows: Blythe TM / KENNER PRODUCTS / CINCINNATI, OHIO / COPYWRITE 1972  G.M.F.G.T  /  PATENTS PENDING  /  MADE IN HONG KONG I have made no attempts to clean this doll apart from a light wipeover with a soft cloth.  This is a totally genuine sale of a very rare doll in fantastic condition.  Blythe will be posted within 48hours of payment being processed.  No returns available but as I stated this is a genuine sale for a genuine buyer. Will mail overseas. (I apologise for any poor photos but I only own a cheap digital camera and did the best I could.)   Place a Bid!
