Let me tell you a bit about Bell's paints. Doll Dreams has developed a water based acrylic paint that is specifically made for vinyl dolls. They call it the Little Dreams Collection Paints and they recommend it for all of their vinyl dolls and of course as an artist, I love to try new things! Even though it's a learning process, I am delighted with the results! She is beautiful to the eyes and to the touch as these paints dry matte and feel silky soft on the vinyl. Every inch of her has been painted and detailed. Her complexion includes soft and subtle veins as I like to keep them beneath the "skin" and lot's of mottling throughout her complexion. I paid close attention to her hands and feet detailing them for life-like appeal . She has a pretty manicure and very light eyebrows. Oh look at her sweet sweet hair! I created her style using a 42 gauge needle and beautiful Angora mohair from a kid goat. This hair is from the second clipping and is so soft and easy to style with just the flick of a brush or even just fingers. I love her "wild hair" look! You won't see any unsightly plugs on this baby! It is directionally rooted and well sealed on the inside so her Mommy can wash and style it with great ease. It looks incredibly real! I have added a beautiful magnetic bow to add a sweet touch. I buy all my hair raw from a lovely lady in my own state. All the hair I buy is excellent and I wash and color it all my self. I chose a black/brown for this darling baby. Bell has a beautiful set of sparkling Life Like eyes. I have well glossed them for a sweet newborn look. Bell is a beautiful baby that is easy and fun to pose. She looks so real....just like a new newborn! I have artistically filled her jointed flannel bodywith premium products to a perfect weight.
