There's a hidden roof panel leading into a secret third floor studio room with French doors opening onto an elegant terrace. Window boxes and diamond patterned "leaded" windows complete the regal picture.  The roof has shingles and the chimney is done in real brick.  Each room is carpeted and painted including window decorations.  An upgraded stairway railing has also been added.  I am selling this furnished with vintage furniture.  I started this house with my mother 30 years ago.  She has since passed away and I finally decided to finish it.  The furniture is the furniture I had as a child which motivated us to get the doll house.  The bathroom has a ceramic sink, tub and toilet.  The house is very big and too large to ship so local pick up only.  I accept paypal and cash and payment/pickup is due within 5 days of the auctions end.
