She is absolutely adorable and I have only had this mold a few times over the years. She is a petite 12" tall and marked S H K * R 116A and was born in the later 1800 by the Kammer and Reinhardt Doll Factory with heads by Simon Halbig. She has wonderful smooth creamy bisque with no chips, cracks or hairlines and her coloring is fantastic. The sculpting and detail to her face is excellent and I have never seen a more happy face. She has big brown glass sleep eyes, all her eye lid wax along with painted upper and lower lashes. She has an open/close mouth with 2 tiny painted molded teeth and a wide pug nose with big dimples. Her original human hair wig is fabulous with long braids and curly bangs that frame her face perfectly. Her braids might have been tied up or wrapped around the sides at one point but she looks adorable with them hanging down the sides with bows. Her chubby wood jointed and composition fully jointed toddler body is in great condition and still retains the original finish. There is some normal wear and a touch up to her left foot and maybe to the knee joint but that one is hard to tell. Her hands and fingers are super and she has a wonderful fat tummy and chunky thighs. She is wearing a fabulous antique drop waist dress in great condition. It has an antique silk ribbon with bows around the waist and a wonderful full skirt. The little cap sleeves have lace trim as does the trim around her neck and it looks nice and clean but could stand to be ironed. Her antique slip with attached panties are wonderful and make her dress flair out even more beautifully. She has the cutest little pair of antique shoes with silk ties and the antique bows in her hair are marvelous. The make her look like the happiest little toddler and she will even come home to you with her very own antique zebra that is marked Made in Germany. She just won’t let it go so it’s an extra little treat for her new mommy and she will make an outstanding addition to any character collections. This marvelous, hard to find, tiny size, closed mouth, 12" Simon Halbig K * R 116 A Character Toddler books for around $3000.00 but my reserve is less don't her toddle away.
