Poupee Peau. She has painted features, bisque shoulder plate, cobalt blue glass stationary eyes, closed mouth, bisque arms and lower legs,on a cloth body. Her clothing is vintage silk velvet, her pantaloons are vintage. her bisque legs/shoes are old and are possibly original, outer garments are vintage but likely replacements.Fashion silk velvet dress, and vintage accessories, including her nice straw hat with hand embroidered trim. She is marked "F/ G" in scroll lettering on the back of her shoulderplate. She has a bisque shoulder plate, old cloth body, bisque arms and hands, red mohair wig, beautiful large stationary eyes, closed mouth, dressed all in good condition. She is rare in her mid-1800 lady FGaultier scroll style. Francois Gauthier (Gaultier Name Change in 1875) St Maurice Charenton, Seine, Paris, France. Porcelain Parts, not bodies 1860-1899. The company joined SFBJ in 1899, bisque heads. CONDITION: Excellent. Bisque has no damage,it is just dark with age. Body is firm, and without repair. .
