The dolls measure 7 inches long and are clearly marked "ALEXANDER" on their back and head. They are wearing their original outfits which consist of diapers with safety pins, shirts and bibs with their names embroidered on them. They are also wearing identical dresses on top of their outfits. I don't know if the dresses are original or hand made. They are of the correct time period. The dolls themselves are in great shape. There are no broken parts. Some have very miner paint rubs on their feet and a couple of small ones on the back of the hair--minor. There is very slight and shallow crazing here and there, but very hard to see. The face paint looks great. Clothing looks great too. Dresses could use ironing. The pillow and mattress have no holes, but the mattress could use a wash. The bed is in good solid shape. The cardboard on the bottom is getting old and is warped.
