The book is titled " Mother Goose Cut Out Picture Book". It was published by National Art Co of NY. My research tells me these are from about 1908-1915. Book measures 13 3/4" X 7 1/2". Dolls are approx 10.5". The story of Little Bo-Peep and Little Red Riding Hood is told within the book along with directions on how to cut-out the dolls and clothing. The cover does show a little cutting around Bo-Peeps head. Very well done but all the curves around her locks must have quickly tired the cutter as the cutting comes only to the collar. Red is completely intact - no cutting. Set is clean with all outfits complete - no cutting. No writing. No fading - gloriously bright colors and delightful images. Whether you are a Mother Goose collector or a rare early paper doll collector, this is bound to be a favorite in any collection. A rare find - displays beautifully.
