She is GUARANTEED to be on her original body and made by Kestner circa 1895. Bisque socket head on a fully jointed Kestner composition and wood body.  Beautiful blue sleep eyes with painted upper and lower lashes, stacked flat brows, closed mouth with shading and accents, original brown human hair wig with original plaster pate, but wearing a lovely blond mohair wig.    Dressed in a beautiful antique black and cream cotton print dress with black velvet trim double bouffant sleeves, antique underwear,  antique original black net socks,  and original antique black oilcloth FRENCH shoes with 11 incised on sole (one sole missing), wonderful vintage black and cream straw hat with applied flowers,  vintage black cameo pin on her dress.  MARKS:                                  L   made in    15                                                        Germany              CONDITION:  EXCELLENT!  Wonderful finest quality Kestner bisque with delicately painted features, well modeled face with desirable closed mouth and lovely cornflower blue eyes.  There is an inherent darkening of the mold line at the right crown.  The body in fine original condition but for one repaired and repainted finger.
